Perseid Meteor by Mars rising, August 12, 2005, 0700 UT. 28mm f/4 lens, elite chrome 200... 10 minutes, I managed to catch one before the clouds moved in for 4 solid days of rain and overcast.

A few photos of the 2001 Leonid Meteor Shower, November 17, 2001, 2200 MST to November 18, 2001, 0400 MST. Photographed from the RASC Edmonton Center Blackfoot Observing Area East of Edmonton. All Photos Kodak Supra Professional film, 28mm lens at f/4 average 8-10 minute exposures. Camera rode piggyback on 120mm refractor driven GEM. This was a fantastic night with meteors coming 3 to 6 at a time including some impressive bolides that left smoke trails lasting several minutes.
